In reply to Kim Tisor. Thank you! The agent contract is a big step, but I still need a publishing contract. Karen will be working on reaching out to her publishing contacts to get a publishing contract, but it could still take a little while. I've learned that the writing business is anything but fast. :) I just saw your post on Facebook about your scans. I pray they come back clear. I'm sure it's a little stressful.
